  Hello! My name is Pim and I live here at The Center for Children and Families. It's a great place to live. Things are always busy around here. There are play groups, special events, and even a lot of help for families with the Parents as Teachers Program and the Family Support Center. The FSC keeps the baby and hygiene pantries stocked are ready to help local families. There's also the Family Resource Network that keeps busy working in prevention, helping grandfamilies, and they even help with problem gambling and gaming!  Whew! This place is always busy doing something! I've lived here for quite a long time, but it wasn't until this summer that I decided that even though I'm tiny, I can help too. Get Moving Together!

  July is the month we kickstart our active, healthy lifestyles— that can be done as a family!  And there are plenty of options in the summer!  Ride bikes along the bike trails. We have bike trails in New Martinsville, Hundred , and Paden City.  Take a walk (or a ride!) along the circle path at the 4H grounds (you can even catch some Pokemon!) Hike the 4H trail Spend time at the park. New Martinsville Parks and Recreation has a line up of fun activities for the summer. Check out their Facebook Page  Go for a swim!
